Skills:

Black Market Dealer: Chloe has strong connections in the belter black market. Her access to much needed, and hard to come by, medical supplies gives her an edge when it comes to negotiations.

Medical Training: A good portion of Chloe's education and training has been in the field of medicine. While she's not a licensed professional, the small underground clinic that she runs has saved many a wounded belter.

Traits:

Weighed Down: Like most Belters, Chloe does not handle high gravity well. It's physically painful for her to endure and leaves her violently ill without proper medications.

Personality

As far as Chloe is concerned, the needs of the Belt come before anything else. She is a driven patriot who cares deeply about her people and will do whatever she deems necessary to aid them. A no-nonsense kind of woman, she does not let others walk over her and she has little patience for people who play games.

When she sees a problem, she pursues a course of action to correct it, and she will not take no for an answer. Fiercely independent and outspoken, she is not afraid to tell it like it is, though as she's gotten older she has learned to temper that fire. There is a time and a place for everything.

At her core, Chloe is a compassionate soul but the circumstances of the world around her have driven her to more extreme measures.

Biography

Chloe was raised by the OPA factions on Ceres after she was orphaned at a young age -- her parents were killed in catastrophic airlock failure in the docks. Not being the only child left without parents that day, she soon learned how desperately the belters needed to come together, to rely on one another for support. Others took that lesson and twisted it. Inners were the root of all Belter problems.

She was fortunate enough to receive an education, and she was quick to put it to good use. In her late teens, she took a job with Io Medical Supply Corporation as an entry level dock worker. From there she worked her way through the ranks of the company, all the while funnelling money and supplies back into the OPA.

By the time she was twenty-two, she was running an underground medical clinic on Io where injured Belters could go when they needed treatment and either couldn't afford it, or didn't want anyone to know about it.
